Working as a  Peer Support Crisis Services Supervisor,  you will be supervising the work of professional level staff responsible for providing peer support services to both children and adults. You will be required to have the ability to prioritize staff and workload in order to effectively meet client needs during urgent, unpredictable situations
The hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with occasional weekend on-call availability.

PRIMARY

~ Reviews charts and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
~ Provides support to staff regarding unique or complex client situations.

~ Provides input into the budget process in order to prepare budgets that enable the department to meet its objectives.
~ Collaborate with other medical staff to develop treatment plans and participate in clinical staff meetings.
~ Serves as consultant to service providers in the community and assists with clinical, program or administrative issues.
~ Demonstrates independent judgment and discretion in making position related decisions.
~ Participates in emergency activities as assigned.
~ Maintain required training, licensure and/or certification.
~ Maintains confidentiality of privileged information and adheres to client privacy laws.
~ Demonstrates sensitivity and understanding of other ethnic groups and cultures; available to respond to clients and/or customers, either in person or over the phone, during business hours and/or clinic times.
