Overview

Our client in Bolingbrook, IL is looking for Flexible General Laborers. Previous manufacturing experience isn’t required. The important factor is a strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment. This role offers a flexible day-to-day schedule based on production needs and may involve mixing products, weighing/scaling material, packaging material, or supplying lines with product.

Position: General Labor

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

• 1st shift 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM — $15.50
• 2nd shift 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM — $16.00
• 3rd shift 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM — $16.50

• Inspect product for quality and any signs of foreign material contamination.
• Supply production lines as needed.
• Place product correctly on line or in containers, boxes, or pallets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be knowledgeable in GMPs or willing to learn.
• Sufficient math skills.
• Ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and write in English (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).

• This is a day-to-day position; days worked vary based on client needs and availability.
• Manufacturing environment with exposure to various machines, noise levels, and temperatures.
• Team environment; able to work together and communicate respectfully and professionally.
• Ability to stand and use hands for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
