Program / Project Manager, Operations Manager
PRC is seeking candidates for the role of Annual Giving Manager. As a member of the Advancement team, the Annual Giving Manager will build, manage, and grow the annual giving program through a multi-channel approach including direct mail, email, digital, and personal solicitation.
This role requires experience in annual fund management, as well as strong writing skills. The Annual Giving Manager role is a full-time position, and the office will be on our Wheaton campus, with the expectation that the candidate filling the role will have presence at our Westmont location, as all as in the local community as needed.
The salary range for this position is $60,000-$68,000.

Some of the duties of the role include:- Manage multi-channel fundraising efforts that support donor retention, renewal, upgrades, and acquisition of annual fund donors
- Act as the primary writer of all donor appeals and stewardship materials
- Identify, engage, solicit and steward annual giving donors and prospects
- Analyze and utilize donor data to make strategic recommendations for annual fund donors
- Lead the planning and coordination of the annual donor stewardship plan
- Assess annual fund donors' giving history and philanthropic capacity to create and build a pipeline between annual, major, and planned giving
