Denver Campus Ministry Director

Decision Point | Full-Time | Denver, Colorado

We are seeking a Denver Campus Ministry City Director to lead Decision Point’s ministry efforts throughout the Denver area. This role combines student coaching, evangelism, ministry leadership, church partnership development, volunteer engagement, and strategic growth.

• Can you cast a compelling vision for reaching the next generation and inspire others to join the mission?

• Coach Youth Pastors and Community Leaders
  • Build and maintain relationships with youth pastors, church leaders, parents, educators, and community stakeholders.
  • Help churches engage students in meaningful evangelism and discipleship opportunities.
  • Recruit and mobilize volunteer coaches to equip students to reach their schools with the 5 Gospel Challenges.
  • Represent Decision Point within the broader Christian community throughout the Denver area.
• Student Mobilization, Evangelism and Leadership Development
  • Coach and disciple student leaders as they grow in faith and witness for Christ.
  • Equip students to share the gospel with their peers and reach their schools with the 5 Gospel Challenges.
  • Train and take students out to share the gospel at their schools and community.
  • Encourage students to develop leadership skills that will impact their schools and communities for years to come.
• Ministry Growth and Leadership
  • Cast a compelling vision for reaching every student and every school across Denver and the surrounding region with the gospel.
  • Identify opportunities to expand ministry impact and strengthen local outreach efforts.
  • Lead and support ministry initiatives that advance Decision Point’s mission and strategic goals.
• Coaching and Team Development
  • Recruit and build a team for Denver; invest in emerging leaders and help them reach their full potential.
  • Provide encouragement, accountability, and practical guidance to students and ministry partners.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, courage for the gospel, and gospel-centered leadership.

• Passion for Evangelism and Strong Leadership – Embodies contagious courage for the gospel, models sharing the gospel personally, and leads teams of volunteers, student leaders, interns, and staff.
• Mobilizer and Multiplier – Builds and develops leaders, and mobilizes others around a shared vision for reaching students with the gospel.
• Inspiring Communicator – Visionary and effective in energizing others through personal conversation and public speaking.
• People Person and Natural Networker – Builds strong relationships, builds trust, and cultivates partnerships with churches, pastors, parents, teachers, and Christian leaders.
• Gospel-Grounded Christ Follower – Committed to God’s Word, loves Jesus, and led by prayer, spiritual maturity, Christlike character, and courage.

• Experience
  :
  Ministry leadership experience in church or para‑church setting; experience recruiting, building, and leading teams.
• Education
  :
  Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

• Salary Range: $50,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
• As a non‑profit ministry, staff participate in fundraising and receive support for staff support‑raising efforts.

• Full‑time position (45+ hours per week).
• Significant local travel throughout the Denver area and the Front Range.
• Regular travel to Colorado Springs ministry hub; occasional travel outside the region for mission trips, ministry events, training, and organizational gatherings.
