Pay: $39-$45 an hour

We are looking for a Nurse to join our amazing team in our Skilled Nursing Facility to provide assistance and care for our wonderful residents. You will administer & document medications, assist in admission & discharge procedures, communicate residents' conditions to physicians and family members, and more.

Shift: Part-time PM and PRN; availability every other weekend

Responsibilities:

* Administer medication and treatments to residents

* Respond to resident's emergency calls in a timely manner

* Assure residents are being cared for per established guidelines

* Responsible for following up on concerns reported by non-licensed staff

* Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.

Requirements:

* Active RN/LPN License in Illinois required

* A desire to provide a high level of care and customer service is required

* 1 year of experience working in a skilled/rehab setting required

* Excellent organization skills
