As part of our growth, we’re seeking an Institutional Internal ETF Sales Specialist to support the Head of Institutional Strategy in driving our ETF initiatives.

In December 2025, Innovator announced its intention to be acquired by Goldman Sachs. The deal is scheduled to close Q2 2026.

Position Overview

An Internal Institutional Sales Specialist at Innovator is responsible for promoting and distributing our ETF product line-up to institutional investors. This role supports the Head of Institutional Strategy by building relationships, generating leads, and providing product expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clientele (OCIOs, asset managers, endowments, foundations, health plans, pensions, sovereigns, family offices)
  • Promote investment products and solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Drive sales and asset growth within the institutional channel.
  • Conduct outbound calls, virtual meetings, email campaigns and presentations to educate clients.
  • Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and product updates.
  • Track sales metrics and maintain Salesforce records.
  • Provide exceptional client service and follow-up support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of investment products and financial markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales ability and client relationship management.
  • SIE, Series 7 + 63 licenses (often required or preferred).
  • High level of motivation, organization, and attention to detail.
