Construction Staff Accountant - Onsite, Close & Reporting

Beacon Hill is seeking a Staff Accountant in Wheaton, Maryland, responsible for day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Construction industry experience is strongly preferred.

The role involves preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and assisting with audits among other tasks. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, with proficiency in Excel and accounting systems preferred.
