Dispatcher, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Position:
Dispatcher – 495 Garage Door

Salary: DOE. Depending on experience. Pay/Month - $2,000 to $4,000. Possibility to grow.

Full Time or Part Time.

Weekly day range:
Monday – Friday and Sunday rotations.

• Minimum 2 years experience as office clerk, call center, customer service, or sales.
• Active listening, verbal and written communication skills; strong typing skills.
• Professional phone voice and exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency with computers, especially dispatching software.
• Organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Understanding company products and services.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Meeting or exceeding call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
• Making sales or recommendations for products or services that better suit client needs.
• Answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and following up on estimates.
• Knowledge of geography for DMV area and ability to read a map, multitasking building technicians routes and schedule.
