Outpatient Dialysis RN CAP — Patient Care Leader

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry-level Outpatient RN CAP 1 to join the Clinical Advancement Program. You will provide and coordinate clinically competent care, perform assessments, plan and evaluate treatment for assigned dialysis patients, and collaborate with RNs, LVNs/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians.
