- Responsible for elevating the in‑store experience by modeling, supervising, and coaching associates and support leaders on behaviors that achieve store goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Responsible for the development and communication of store strategies that align to the company strategy, fostering a growth mindset, promoting a culture of innovation, and cultivating a focus on generating solution‑oriented ideas.
- Deliver financial plans to drive KPI performance on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis, identifying shifts in business and making necessary adjustments.
- Foster an environment of recognition, reinforcing behaviors that meet customer and business needs.
- Responsible for resolving customer and associate feedback with a sense of urgency.
- Strategically plan and direct the movement of merchandise responding to customer trends.
- Communicate to the Market Leader store‑specific merchandise inventory recommendations.
- Oversee the execution of sales floor standards, maintenance, and operations.
- Create a cohesive talent strategy that meets the needs of the business.
- Lead by example and hold the team accountable that all policies and procedures are followed.
- Oversee all inventory‑related activities including freight receipt, product placement, markdowns, and markdown out of stock (MOOS).
- Oversee all omni activities in store including Charge/Send and Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS).
- Utilize the Store Visit Assessment to identify opportunities, creating and implementing an action plan to course‑correct in a timely manner.
- Responsible for all associate time‑keeping activities to ensure store labor deliverables are met, including scheduling, forecasting, labor add/reductions, payroll management, etc.
- Build a diverse team that meets the needs of the customer experience.
- Resolve associate and leadership relations matters, taking partners when appropriate.
- Lead the performance‑management process, facilitating developmental conversations, providing consistent and constructive feedback, ensuring accountability, and conducting comprehensive year‑end reviews.
- Build strong networking relationships to effectively recruit top talent for all positions, ensuring all open positions are filled promptly.
- Create and implement a development strategy that fosters a culture of advanced learning and career development.
- Facilitate store meetings as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Market Leader and/or Regional Director.
- Excellent customer service by exhibiting professionalism, a positive mindset, and enthusiasm.
- Proven ability to develop collaborative working relationships.

- Must have availability to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, holidays, and shifts outside of traditional business hours.
- Proficient in the use of technology to successfully engage in customer interactions (Register, Register Keyboard, iPhone, Calculator).
- Must be able to spend up to 100% of working time standing or walking around the store.
- Lifting ability: up to a maximum of 50 pounds on an occasional to frequent basis.
