Position Title

Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor

As a member of Management, you will be the heartbeat of our store, responsible for managing daily operations, inspiring a high-performance team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the store’s success and contribute to our company’s growth.

• Competitive hourly pay: $19.15 - $20.15 for Assistant Manager, $18.50 - $19.50 for Supervisor, with bonus opportunities for meeting KPIs

• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated team and maintain a positive work environment
• Create an exceptional customer experience by addressing needs, resolving issues, and ensuring high standards of service
• Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets
• Oversee daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, store maintenance, and compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
• Manage store budgets, control expenses, and analyze sales data to optimize performance and drive revenue growth
• Implement local marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with the community to enhance brand presence
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and implement innovative solutions to improve store operations
• Perform additional duties and projects as required

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences
• Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data‑driven decisions
• Tech‑savvy: proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications
• Flexibility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to communicate, read, write, and perform basic math in English
• Minimum age 18 years or older

• Assistant Store Manager: open availability to open/close store, minimum 5 days per week, standard 44‑hour work week with increased hours during peak periods
• Supervisor: open availability to open/close store, minimum 5 days per week, standard 30‑hour work week
• All management positions require availability on weekends and holidays, punctuality, and regular attendance

• Prolonged standing 5–14 hours per day; during peak periods up to 12 hours
• Ability to stoop, kneel, reach, pull, climb ladders or stairs, and lift 5–25 lbs regularly, with occasional heavier weights
• Good vision, including color differentiation
• Work environment moderately noisy retail setting

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; 2+ years of retail leadership experience strongly preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
