Observes activities to detect theft, fraud, or suspicious activity; collects investigative evidence utilizing CCTV and observations from the sales floor;
Follows AP directives and company policy when making apprehensions;
Executes required company investigation routines to identify and resolve theft, and properly documents all stages;
Conducts external interviews with customers and contractors suspected of theft in accordance with local laws and policy;
Travels to stores as necessary
