Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or local first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel;
Assist with crowd management, closing procedures, and other site-specific duties that support daily operations in a busy mall environment
