JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform day‑to‑day facility repairs, support tenant and common‑area maintenance, and ensure a safe, clean, and well‑maintained shopping center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, flooring, and irrigation.
  • Repair/maintain doors, windows, locks, gates, fencing, roofing, concrete, and pool/spa areas.
  • Support apartment turns, including make‑ready prep and move‑in/move‑out inspections.
  • Complete service requests promptly and maintain accurate maintenance logs.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure tools/equipment are in proper condition.
  • Identify major repair needs and correct unsafe conditions immediately.
  • Follow all safety procedures, use PPE, and comply with federal/state/local regulations.
  • Participate in on‑call rotation for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, lifting, and use of hand tools.
Qualifications
  • Related maintenance experience preferred.
  • EPA Certification required for refrigerant handling.
  • Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, moving aids, and mechanical equipment (power washers, blowers, compressors)

$23 - $28 an hour

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
