We're looking for a full-time Office Assistant to join our growing team at our Wheeling, IL location. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy wearing many hats, and have strong organizational skills, this role is for you!
About Us: Cobra Concrete Cutting Services is the Midwest's leading provider of concrete sawing and drilling services. With offices serving Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Missouri, Iowa, and Michigan, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Answer and route incoming calls
- File and scan documents regularly
- Sort and distribute incoming mail
- Prepare and send outgoing mail
- Organize and maintain office supplies
- Assist with typing estimates
- Prepare waivers and issue Certificates of Insurance
- Provide support for other office and departmental needs as required
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively
- 1-3 years of prior office experience preferred
