Key Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls
• File and scan documents regularly
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Prepare and send outgoing mail
• Organize and maintain office supplies
• Assist with typing estimates
• Prepare waivers and issue Certificates of Insurance
• Provide support for other office and departmental needs as required

Qualifications

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow effectively
• 1-3 years of prior office experience preferred
