Job Summary

The Will Call Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all branch activities related to Will Call operations, including order picking, status review, and maintaining an organized Will Call area. This role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment in alignment with the company’s customer value proposition, supporting a seamless and efficient customer pickup experience.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manages the Warehouse In-Process Queue by prioritizing orders, staging procured items, and addressing order writer inquiries.
  • Verifies customer pickups for accuracy, resolving discrepancies prior to order release.
  • Oversees Will Call operations, including staging, customer communication, order updates, and cancellations.
  • Maintains barcode printer supplies and actively monitors the Will Call queue for follow‑ups and ticket processing.
  • Executes all warehouse functions including order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, transfers, and staging.
  • Processes Will Call orders within one hour and ensures order accuracy.
  • Maintains clean, safe, and organized work areas.
  • Loads outbound shipments, prepares documentation, and operates equipment safely.
  • Completes assigned aisle tasks and follows standard receiving procedures.
  • Labels products accurately and supports inventory counts.
  • Inspects incoming freight and promptly reports damages or discrepancies.
  • Maintains inventory accuracy and proper stock placement.
  • Follows all safety policies and maintains a secure, hazard‑free work environment.
  • Uses proper PPE, secures loads, inspects equipment, and reports incidents with documentation.
  • Performs duties in a constant state of alertness and safety awareness (Safety Sensitive Position).
  • Proficient in company systems for data entry, communication, and operational tasks.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned to support evolving business needs.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in office, warehouse, or related operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
  • Skilled in using office technology and virtual communication platforms.
Physical Demands & Work Environment

This full‑time position (40+ hours/week) involves frequent physical activity, including:

  • Lifting 25–50 lbs. regularly; up to 100 lbs. occasionally
  • Operating forklifts and material handling equipment (up to 6 hours daily)
  • Frequent bending, climbing, squatting, kneeling, and reaching
  • Pushing/pulling loads up to 300 lbs. on occasion
  • Prolonged use of hands, arms, and feet for equipment operation
  • Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and twisting throughout the shift
