Cobra Concrete Cutting Services Co., the Midwest's leading concrete sawing and drilling contractor, is seeking a motivated Estimator / Project Manager for our Wheeling, IL location. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a high‑performing, family‑owned company that values initiative, communication, and continuous improvement.

This is a full‑time, in‑office position responsible for handling inbound estimate requests
, supporting our outside sales team
, and working closely with management and ownership
. This role also provides estimating support to our other Cobra locations across Milwaukee/Madison, Central Illinois, Southern Illinois, and Northwest Indiana
. Projects are also bid and performed all over the United States.

• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and online take‑off software
• Experience or interest in areas such as concrete flatwork, demolition, or GPR a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with public bids, DOT and non‑DOT, State, Municipal and SAM.gov system
• Self‑starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability and desire to grow within the company

• Previous construction, estimating, or project management experience preferred
• Pass a required pre‑employment drug screen & random testing
• Pass a pre‑employment background record & periodic checks
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving history
• Required to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
