• Responsible for 500-750 accounts. Covering 3-4 different regions. Mainly in Indiana and Kentucky.
• This role is heavier on the collections side, but the candidate MUST have a blended credit background.
• Analyzing D&B reports.
• Gathering references.
• Creating credit files on new accounts.
• Assigning credit lines on new and existing accounts.
• Analyzing and resolving customer short pays.
• Following up on disputes and reconciling payments.
• Interacting with inside/outside sales representatives to resolve credit issues.
• Releasing orders from credit hold.
• Responding to customer inquiries.
