Responsibilities
- Responsible for 500-750 accounts. Covering 3-4 different regions. Mainly in Indiana and Kentucky.
- This role is heavier on the collections side, but the candidate MUST have a blended credit background.
- Analyzing D&B reports.
- Gathering references.
- Creating credit files on new accounts
- Assigning credit lines on new and existing accounts
- Analyzing and resolving customer short pays
- Following up on disputes and reconciling payments
- Interacting with inside/outside sales representatives to resolve credit issues
