Position SummaryThis is a hands‑on IT leadership role. The successful candidate will personally administer systems, troubleshoot issues, write scripts, configure networks, deploy hardware, and support users daily, while also managing vendors and leading a small but growing internal team. The role is not solely a supervisory or high‑level strategic role; the ability to personally execute technical tasks is a core requirement. Over time, as the IT department grows and matures, the position can evolve into a more strategic, supervisory‑focused role, occurring naturally as processes are built, the environment stabilizes, and internal capability expands.
