We are seeking an Implementation Specialist - Quadient/BCC to support a high-profile healthcare client. This is a customer-facing role that blends elements of Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Subject Matter Expert (SME), with hands‑on responsibilities in Quadient Inspire and BCC Ignite. This position acts as an extension of the client's marketing department, managing existing communications, developing new campaigns, and ensuring accurate, effective delivery strategies.

• Serve as the primary technical and strategic liaison for the client's marketing communications.
• Partner closely with client teams to understand objectives, campaigns, and engagement strategies.
• Contribute to strategy execution and provide insights to improve communication effectiveness.

• Use both the Quadient suite of products and BCC Ignite to develop communications and execution workflows.
• Act as business analyst reviewing client creatives, data and business requirements, providing development instructions to internal SG360 resources.
• Track and review all composition and workflow changes to ensure successful testing in Preproduction before promotion to Production.

• Create and modify data feeds supporting campaign response tracking and analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support actionable insights.

• Oversee weekly processing cycles, ensuring all records are received, processed, delivered to operations and reported on.
• Manage incoming client requests, including effort estimation, resource coordination, and scheduling.
• Maintain and update project plans; lead internal and client‑facing status meetings.
• Monitor on‑time delivery, escalating risks when necessary.
• Track estimated vs. actual development time and assist Account Management with billing support.
• Perform QA testing on communications and data integrations.

• Maintain clear, detailed project documentation and process guides.
• Share expertise with internal teams to support cross‑functional collaboration.

Requirements

• 8+ years hands‑on experience with Quadient Inspire.
• Working knowledge of BCC Ignite.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑facing experience and a collaborative mindset.

• 3-4 years experience in direct marketing, transactional communications, or healthcare‑related communications.
• Knowledge of postal regulations, personalization strategies, or marketing data analytics.
• Familiarity with relational data structures and campaign performance metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology or a related field.; or equivalent work experience.

We strongly prefer candidates who can work onsite at our Wheeling, IL facility. Due to the specialized skill set required for this position, we are open to considering remote candidates who are not within commuting distance and meet all technical qualifications.

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
