Job Location:

Wheeling, IL.

Job is fully on-site.

Hourly Pay Range: $24.00/hr - $36.00/hr.

Production Support & Coordination

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Assist with real-time problem solving to maintain operational flow.

Data & Documentation

• Maintain accurate production records, logs, work orders, and compliance documents.
• Enter data into SAP.
• Support audits by ensuring documentation accuracy and readiness.

Quality & Safety Support

• Comply with all Wieland policies and environmental standards & report all incidents and near misses immediately.

Communication & Cross-Functional Support

• Serve as a liaison between production, quality, maintenance, and logistics teams.
• Coordinate meetings, communicate updates, and elevate issues as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned.

• High Diploma Preferred.
• High regard for Safety and Quality standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Collaboration and Team work skills.
• 2 years of experience in a Wieland Manufacturing Plant (preferred).
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Knowledge with Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
