Swiss CNC Machine Operator – Vantedge Medical

Full‑time, permanent position with hourly pay ranging from $20 to $30, plus shift differentials.

Day Shift: 6:00 am – 5:30 pm, 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday).

Night Shift: 5:30 pm – 5:00 am, 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday) – 10% shift premium.

Weekend Night Shift: 5:30 pm – 5:00 am, 4 days per week (Friday–Monday) – 15% shift premium.

Weekend Day Shift: 6:00 am – 5:30 pm, 4 days per week (Friday–Monday) – 11% shift premium.

Note:

Employees are currently expected to work a mandatory 5th day of overtime to meet business requirements.

• Operate and produce on multiple CNC machines in a team‑based environment.
• Perform general daily maintenance to keep machines running and production on track.
• Inspect parts during production to ensure quality.
• Follow all safety guidelines as stated by the company.
• Read and understand blueprints and basic geometric dimension tolerancing (training provided).
• Use visual and manual inspection equipment (caliper, micrometer, etc.) and programmed CMM equipment (training provided).
• Make offsets and change tooling per layout (training provided).
• Communicate job status and quality issues with team members and management.

• 2+ years of CNC machine operating experience.
• Cooperative, team‑focused attitude.
• Physical ability to lift 25 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and walk for the entire shift.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Ability to read blueprints and use inspection equipment (caliper, micrometer, etc.) and programmed CMM.
• Completion of Operation Basics Training.
