Mail Sorting​/Production Associates

Primary Staffing is hiring Mail Sorting / Production Associates to support printing, mailing, sorting, and packaging operations in Wheeling, IL. This position involves sorting mail, preparing envelopes, feeding production machines, inspecting finished materials, and packaging orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable performing hands‑on production tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

• Sort and organize mail by ZIP code and mailing destination.
• Apply postage to envelopes and prepare mail for distribution.
• Assist with inkjet printing of addresses, numbers, and barcodes.
• Feed envelopes, paper, and other materials into production machines.
• Insert letters, promotional materials, and documents into envelopes.
• Apply labels to envelopes, boxes, and packages.
• Inspect mail for correct addresses, ZIP codes, postage, and contents.
• Bundle and organize completed mail for distribution.
• Pack finished products into boxes for shipment.
• Stack and organize boxes on pallets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow production instructions and quality standards.
• Assist with additional production tasks as needed.
