The Marketing Specialist will primarily manage all the outbound marketing activities, including exhibitions, digital marketing, and general product promotion, to strengthen the brand and contribute to the business objectives. The role will collaborate with the product team, commercial team, distributors, agents and customers to drive the planning and execution of all the marketing activities. The role will also collaborate with Marketing teams around the world to ensure global marketing initiatives are met.

We are looking for a creative and quantitative thinker with good communication, administrative skills and an understanding of product marketing processes.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESTradeshows, customer events and distributors events:
Work closely with the commercial and product teams to devise the strategy for each event, and then manage the end-to-end execution of the event. Analyze and report the outcome of each event.

Email marketing and newsletters:
Maintain an up-to-date database and develop targeted campaigns for customers and distributors to drive awareness and engagement. Monitor the performance of the campaigns and optimize accordingly.

Account-based marketing:
Develop and execute targeted account-based marketing activities to engage key customers, generate leads and support business  activities:
Collaborate with distributors to drive co-marketing activities

Digital marketing:
Drive online growth through digital advertising, SEO optimisation, and Google Ads campaign management to increase website traffic, leads, and conversions.

Advertising and promotion:
Promote the company's products on industry forums and magazines through product listings, advertising, and articles.

Sales tools library:
Collaborate with the product team and external partners to develop and maintain sales tools such as flyers, presentations, videos, and testimonials

Website and social media:
Manage updates and optimization of the company's website and manage its social media presence to drive more engagement. Monitor analytics to optimize performance.

Thought leadership:
Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop thought leadership content (press releases, technical blogs, whitepapers etc.)Customer portals:
Manage company information and product listing on customer portals

Stay-up-to-date:
Stay up to date with the products and new developments in the market

Market research:
Evaluate the need with internal stakeholders, and work with external partners to conduct studies

Pricing execution and management:
Execute annual price updates, maintain pricing in internal systems, communicate changes to customers, and support internal pricing inquiries.

Budget and invoicing:
