Our client is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the Wheeling area. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care that supports patients’ recovery and comfort in a home environment.

Responsibilities include completing nursing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and families on managing health conditions.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• At least one year of professional RN experience (Home Health experience preferred)
• Current BLS and CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Schedule:

Monday to Friday day shift, one weekend per month, two to three on-call days per month, and two holidays per year
