We provide video gaming terminals, redemption terminals, and amusement devices (pool tables, juke boxes, dart boards, etc.) to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops, and fraternal and veteran establishments across the country.

Job Description: This is a hybrid position with dual responsibilities as a Route Security Officer and Route Technician. The primary duties include providing safety and security to employees and property, surveying potential risks, setting redemption loads, maintaining and servicing gaming and amusement equipment, enforcing rules, assisting law enforcement, and recommending security improvements.

• Provide overwatch and physical security to collection teams
• Drive a follow vehicle, maintain vehicle operations, and obey traffic laws
• Maintain situational awareness and conduct site surveys
• Monitor tactical situations and evaluate safety
• Deliver and collect cassettes using company vehicles
• Complete documentation and adhere to SOPs
• Respond to emergencies and workplace incidents
• Maintain certifications and licenses
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and using protective gear

• Active duty or retired certified Illinois law enforcement officer with at least 4 years' experience
• Minimum of 4 years private security experience
• Excellent communication, report writing, and team skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Must be 21 or older and able to obtain a Terminal Handler’s License

• Frequent standing, walking, driving, and communication
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and respond to emergencies
• Exposure to weather and use of protective equipment

Pay Range: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
