The West Virginia Society of CPAs in Wheeling is seeking a full-time Accounting Assistant to support our accounting and payroll team. This role includes managing monthly bookkeeping tasks and processing weekly payroll while assisting tax partners during tax season.
Ideal candidates will have proficiency in online accounting software and a solid understanding of accounting terms. A preferred qualification is an Associate’s degree in Accounting or a related field. This position offers an opportunity for overtime during tax season.
