RR Donnelley is seeking an eBilling Assistant for our Wheeling, WV or Columbus, OH offices. The role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with duties including submitting electronic bills, auditing e-billed invoices, and updating client data in the billing system.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, some accounting exposure, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
