RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking an eBilling Assistant for our Wheeling, WV or Columbus, OH office to work Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. The role supports monthly electronic invoicing and accruals, auditing e-billed invoices, and communicating rejections to account owners.
You will work closely with Billing Analysts to ensure timely and accurate billing and reporting for clients, while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
