• Diagnostics & Repair
  – Diagnose and repair customer vehicles with precision and efficiency. This includes electrical diagnostics and drivability issues.
• Recon
  – Prepare and recondition vehicles for resale, ensuring quality.
• Quality & Safety
  – Complete repairs to manufacturer and safety standards.
• Teamwork
  – Work with service advisors and fellow technicians to keep customers happy.

• Experience – 3+ years of dealership experience.
• Diagnostic Skills – Strong diagnostic and mechanical repair skills, including electrical diagnostics.
• Certifications
  – ASE certifications and/or manufacturer training a preferred.
• Specialty Skills
  – Diesel and transmission experience a plus, but not required.
• Work Ethic
  – Self-motivated, dependable, and team oriented.
• Driving Record
  – Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Education
  – High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability
  – Ability to work Saturdays.
