Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving pricing strategies that enhance profitability while supporting long‑term business growth. Working cross‑functionally with sales, operations, finance, and engineering, they will help achieve key business objectives by analyzing market trends, customer performance, and financial results to inform strategic decision‑making. The ideal candidate will also build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting commercial initiatives that strengthen the organization’s competitive position.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in commercial, pricing, financial analysis, or business management within manufacturing
• Strong financial analysis, pricing, and profitability management experience
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and present data
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional leadership skills

• Metals, aerospace, or industrial manufacturing experience
• Experience with contract management and long‑term agreements
• Background partnering with sales, operations, and finance teams
• Budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis experience

• Develop and manage pricing strategies, budgets, and forecasts
• Perform profitability analysis and identify revenue and margin improvement opportunities
• Support product development and commercial growth initiatives
• Manage customer pricing, contracts, and commercial reporting
• Monitor market activity and provide business insights to leadership
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute commercial strategies
