Overview

Palladium is seeking an expression of interest for the Enterprise Level Business Developer for the upcoming Boost Africa Technical Facility Phase 2, an EIB‑led facility focused on strengthening Africa’s early‑stage investment ecosystem. The TAF focuses particularly on delivering TA to VC fund managers (e.g., fund structuring, portfolio management, fundraising) and their investee companies (governance, business strategy, fundraising).

Phase 2 builds on Phase 1 of the programme, which delivered TA to 5 fund managers and 20 of their investee companies, supporting EUR 80 million in direct investment by the EIB and mobilising a further EUR 400 million. The programme is expected to be delivered over four years from late 2026 onwards.

Note, these positions are for a potential future EIB opportunity, not a current vacancy. The role below is indicative and are subject to change based on the final programme guidelines being published.

For This Reason, This Role Is Dependent On
  • Palladium being awarded the Boost Africa Phase 2 tender
  • Entering a contract with EIB for the delivery of the programme
  • Approval from EIB at the contracting stage
