Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care and guidance for 8–13 students, and supervise daily routines, meals, and activities. The role includes leading devotions and coordinating Sunday Chapel.
Eligible couples must be married ≥2 years, both partners ≥27, and able to lift 50 lbs. Housing, meals, and comprehensive benefits are included as part of the compensation package.
