Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries, handling communications via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the most appropriate solution.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Process customer accounts, file documents, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to find effective solutions and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and contribute ideas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer support role or a similar client‑facing position.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
  • A patient and empathetic attitude towards customers.
  • Proficiency with computers and an ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems is considered an advantage.
