- Proven experience in a customer support role or a similar client‑facing position.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
- A patient and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Proficiency with computers and an ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Experience with CRM systems is considered an advantage.
