Manufacturing Analyst (1/2) located in Rocket Center, WV. The role works on tooling projects and supports process improvement, TSA, procurement, and EVMS support.

The position will be on‑site at Rocket Center, WV. No remote work.

Relocation assistance may be available.

• Creation and management of tooling projects, estimates, budgets, communication, and closeout activity.
• Support production, business, and other processes in a team‑based manufacturing environment.
• Generate estimates and narratives for proposal activities.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently to meet customer requirements.
• Proactive forecasting and risk management for cost and schedule performance.
• Conduct data gathering and analysis from different sources.
• Work with buyers, vendors, and program management to establish best‑value decisions.
• Collaborate with Tooling Management and stakeholders on SharePoint usability and design goals.
• Utilize EVM methodologies to analyze and track project financials and performance.
• Assist with technical administrative tasks, including department policy creation, SAP transition, and additional duties.
• Perform cross‑functional tasks in finance, purchasing, program management, tooling engineering, and mission assurance.
• Communicate with senior team members and management as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED plus 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s with 0 years (Associate level).
• High School Diploma or GED plus 6 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s with 2 years, or a Master’s with 0 years (Manufacturing Analyst level).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience establishing cost/schedule/scope baselines and tracking performance with management.
• Experience gathering and validating data from multiple sources.

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Project Management, or Applied Science.
• Experience tracking financials, updating cost analysis records, running actuals reports, and generating tooling budgets.
• Experience working in a tooling or design group.
• Experience in an engineering or defense manufacturing environment.
• Project management experience.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Proficient in CostPoint.
• Knowledge of EVMS principles.

Primary Level Salary Range: $54,400 – $81,600. Secondary Level Salary Range: $65,500 – $98,300.
