Job OverviewWest Virginia University School of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences seeks an Ophthalmologist to join our practice in Wheeling, WV (Assistant, Associate, or Professor rank available).
DutiesThe successful candidate will practice comprehensive ophthalmology, provide excellent patient care, and teach allied health professionals.
Qualifications- MD or DO foreign equivalent and eligibility to obtain a state medical license.
- Completed an accredited ophthalmology residency program; board certified or eligible in ophthalmology.
- For Associate Professor or Professor rank: demonstrated track record of leadership, excellent communication skills, and publications in high‑impact journals.
- All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
