The West Virginia Department of Education is seeking a Summer Literacy Tutor for Ritchie County Schools. This is a temporary position from June 8, 2026, through August 6, 2026, depending on student enrollment. The tutor will work with two students for 30 minutes, three times a week via TEAMS, along with planning time.
Qualifications include LETRS training, five years of K-5 teaching experience, and a fully certified K-5 elementary teacher status. The hourly rate is $40 for up to 31.5 hours a week.
