West Virginia Department of Education is seeking a Virtual Homebound English teacher for an Extra-Curricular Contract in Mercer County Schools. The position involves creating and delivering individualized lesson plans, grading, and accommodating student needs. Candidates must hold or be eligible for a valid West Virginia teaching certificate with the appropriate endorsement for English/LA grades 6-12. Compensation is $30 per hour for up to 15 students, with additional pay for more students.
The position is itinerant and offers flexible hours after school.
