QUALIFICATIONSApplicant must possess a high school diploma or GED, complete all state requirements for a school bus operator, and execute job duties assigned by the Transportation Director as needed.
ASSIGNMENTMorning and afternoon runs. Assignment and times are to be determined by the Transportation Director upon completion of the summer school program enrollment. Students will be picked up along county main routes. Successful applicant may be needed for any day trips that may be scheduled throughout the duration of the summer school program.
SALARYDaily rate of pay, available due to funding source provided by Federal programs. Pending adequate staffing and student enrollment. Paid holidays are not part of this contract.
TERM OF EMPLOYMENTJune 22, 2026 - July 31, 2026
BUS OPERATOR SHIFTBus operator shift coincides with the Summer School scheduled hours. Energy Express and summer school hours are from 8 AM – 3 PM each day.
