Part-Time Food Service

ACCEL Schools is hiring a Part-Time Food Service Worker at Eastern Panhandle Preparatory Academy in Kearneysville, WV.

The Food Service Aide assists with lunch activities and helps promote positive student behaviors in academics and extra‑curricular activities. The Food Service Aide provides oversight to ensure student safety and a positive school climate and assists the School Leader and Teachers by administering assigned duties in accordance with ACCEL Schools policies and applicable laws.

• Works cooperatively with the teacher and others
• Acts in accordance with directives from the administrator (or designee) and teacher
• Contributes to a positive climate and culture by exhibiting high professional standards

• High school diploma required
• Successful completion of BCI/FBI check
• Ability to work well under pressure
• High quality written and verbal communication skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Previous work experience with youth or in a school setting desired
