Qualifications- Minimum of five (5) years teaching experience required
- Available on a flex schedule for services during the day and some evenings
- Training for Master Mentor Teacher after 2006
- Training for Trainer of Trainers for Master Mentor Teachers
- Knowledge of WV Standards of Effective Schools
- Knowledge of WV Teacher Leader Framework
- County contact for managing the Marion County Support for Improving Professional practice program
- Organize support meetings for new professional personnel
- Match new professional personnel with mentors
- Collect documentation for professional personnel files
- Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or superintendent
- Collaborates with and reports to Administrative Assistant
