The West Virginia Department of Education is seeking a Gifted Instructor (1/2 time) Itinerant for the 2026/2027 school year. The position will be at Philippi Elementary School and requires a valid West Virginia Certificate in Gifted 0K-12. The instructor will provide specialized education for gifted students, working under the supervision of the Principal.
