Senior Technical Analyst at the West Virginia Public Service Commission supervises a section of engineering and technical professionals involved in regulating public water and sewer utilities. Responsibilities include assigning work, monitoring staff progress, conducting performance reviews, and providing policy recommendations to the Commission. The role reports to the Engineer Chief and may include managing a personal caseload and testifying in cases.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution (or ABET‑accredited Engineering Technology major)
- Seven years of full‑time or equivalent part‑time paid engineering experience (or Master's degree in engineering may substitute for two years)
- Valid driver's license required
- Preference given to applicants with water and sewer utilities experience
