Overview
Technical Analyst Trainee at the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality in Wheeling. Responsibilities- Conduct Full Compliance Evaluations of manufacturing facilities for air pollution compliance.
- Investigate citizen complaints related to air quality and enforce applicable requirements.
- Draft enforcement documents and other regulatory communications as needed.
- Ensure facilities meet Clean Air Act requirements.
- Work under supervision with engineering services related to air quality regulation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
- Must be eligible to be licensed to operate a motor vehicle.
