Smart is seeking a Building Performance Engineer to evaluate and optimise energy usage across our portfolio. You will analyse energy and mechanical data, identify opportunities for cost savings and sustainability improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement data-driven strategies.
You will monitor asset performance, drive energy efficiency measures, and support energy compliance and Net Zero initiatives while building strong relationships with Operations and Services teams.
