Requirements- High School Diploma or GED required
- Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business - 1 – 4+ years of experience in commercial banking, credit analysis, or related field

Supports the Healthcare team with financial analysis, covenant and exception monitoring, and assistance in preparing credit approval materials for healthcare borrowers such as hospitals, senior living, skilled nursing, not‑for‑profit, physician groups, and other healthcare organizations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Work under limited supervision or independently
- Perform risk rating analysis and spread financials
- Assist the team in compiling credit packages for approval
- Support Portfolio Managers in managing a portfolio of healthcare clients
- Monitor financial statement reporting requirements, track quarterly and annual statements for covenant compliance, exceptions, and trends
- Perform covenant testing and document results accurately and timely
- Track credit, collateral, insurance, entity, and reporting exceptions; assist with remediation and follow‑up with clients or internal partners
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate credit files in accordance with bank policy
- Identify early warning indicators and recommend risk‑mitigation strategies
- Participate in client calls, site visits, and due‑diligence sessions to better understand operations and risks
- Collaborate with internal partners (Loan Operations, Treasury, Compliance, Legal) on documentation, closing, and ongoing monitoring
- Maintain working knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, including reimbursement changes, regulatory environment, labor and staffing trends, and payer mix considerations
- Provide support in preparing internal sector reports, portfolio analytics, and trend summaries
- Adhere to bank policies, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations; complete all assigned compliance training timely
- Strong financial statement analysis skills, ability to interpret healthcare financials and operating metrics
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regional‑bank environment with lean teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning, and follow‑up
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, Microsoft Office software, and learning commercial banking software
