In this role you will represent our brand and interact with clients to offer the best investment solutions while leveraging digital technology.

• Support Advisors’ book of business, including facilitating accurate and timely operational requests such as account opening, money movement, and investment trades.
• Build and maintain client relationships by processing requests, resolving issues, providing up‑to‑date information, and assisting ongoing wealth planning, referral source management, and new lead generation.
• Assist in managing relationship and account reviews, promote firm services to deepen client relationships, and prepare timely and accurate performance reports.
• Engage in risk management, including Know Your Customer procedures, account reviews and inquiries.
• Support business unit operational procedures and compliance requirements, such as completion of required operational forms and documentation.
• Prioritize daily work, track progress, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Maintain and foster a positive team culture.

• Valid and active Series7 license required or to be obtained within 120 days of employment.
• If registered after October
  12018, a valid and active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam is also required.
• Valid and active Series
  66 (or equivalent 63/65) and Life & Health Insurance license to be obtained within 120 days of starting the role.
