Stonehenge is seeking a Director, based in West Virginia, to join its Direct Investing team. The group primarily provides senior term credit, subordinated debt, and equity co-investment to operating companies. This position will originate opportunities across the Stonehenge Direct Investing platform but will also lead origination for a new West Virginia-focused fund with capacity to lend up to $7.5 million to small businesses throughout the state.

• Focus primarily on business development for multiple Stonehenge funds providing senior stretch, mezzanine and equity capital in West Virginia and the region.
• Represent Stonehenge in the West Virginia marketplace through a strong existing referral source network.
• Originate new investment opportunities through marketing to key referral sources.
• Work closely with regulators to ensure regulatory compliance.

• A deep network within the West Virginia business community and track record of originating investments in lower middle market businesses.
• Familiarity with credit underwriting for non-bank transactions.
• A strong work ethic and self-starter mentality, with the ability to create enduring relationships.
• Solid interpersonal skills.
• An ability to discuss financing options with business owners and management teams.
• The highest degree of ethics and integrity and a “team player” mentality.
